Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth-largest national park and the most accessible from Dar es Salaam. Located in the Morogoro region, it lies between the stunning Uluguru Mountains. Day 01 :

Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi National Park

We will pick you up from the airport, hotel, or ferry terminal and drive towards Mikumi National Park, which is approximately a 5.5-hour journey. We will make a stop in Morogoro town for lunch. Upon arrival at Mikumi National Park, you’ll enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Mikumi National Park is Tanzania’s fourth-largest and most accessible park from Dar es Salaam. Covering 3,230 sq km, it is nestled between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, lions, pythons, zebras, leopards, crocodiles, and more.We will pick you up from the airport, hotel, or ferry terminal and drive towards Mikumi National Park, which is approximately a 5.5-hour journey. Day 02 :

Mikumi to Dar Es Salaam

We will begin with an early morning game drive in Mikumi National Park, returning to the cottage for a late breakfast at 10:00 AM. Afterward, we will head back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the ferry terminal in time for the last ferry to Zanzibar, or at the airport for your flight back home.
