You will be picked by a guide from Kihindo Tours and Safaris at your hotel, airport or ferry in Dar for the safari briefing. Then you'll drive south to Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere Np) which is approximately 4 hours drive from Dar es Salaam. On arrival, you will get lunch and start with an afternoon boat safari in the Rufiji River. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Selous Mloka Safaris Lodge on a full board basis.

After breakfast, you'll go for full day game drives with packed lunch boxes in Selous Game Reserve. During lunchtime, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch in the picnic site the guide will select for you. After your picnic lunch and some relaxation, you will continue with the game drive until the evening. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at Mloka Lodge.

You'll start the day with a morning walking safari. After the walking safari that takes around two and half hours, you will return to your lodge, shower and have your breakfast. After breakfast, drive back to Dar es Salaam with packed lunch boxes. On arrival in Dar es Salaam, you are dropped off at the airport for your flight back home or at your hotel /ferry to Zanzibar, Mafia Island.
